Standard Free Shipping for Online Orders
Free shipping only applies to items purchased in our online store. Most of our products ship fully assembled which is not only for your convenience but it also allows us to build a more robust cabinet in certain product types. These products will typically be shipped via LTL. Some of our smaller products that have a simple assembly process ship disassembled in a box by parcel carrier to help reduce shipping costs. It is indicated in the product listing if a product ships disassembled. You may request that the product be shipped pre-assembled, shipping charges may apply. Additional services like a lift gate requirement or delivery by appointment may incur a shipping charge. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We will determine the freight carrier by evaluating transit-times, quality of service, and cost.
Standard Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping policy covers all items that are not purchased through our online catalog. Shipping will be estimated when an order is taken and added to the invoice. Once an order is completed the final weight and dimensions of the pallet(s) will be used to calculate the actual shipping cost and adjusted on the invoice if necessary. We strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum, so we will receive quotes for your shipment from many LTL providers. We take into consideration transit-times, quality of service, and cost to determine the final freight provider.
Shipping to Canada
We excited to now offer shipping to Canada where available. FedEx and FedEx Freight provide our shipping services to Canada. Most of our products will ship via FedEx Freight LTL. We will do our best to get you the most accurate quote for shipping costs which will be added to the invoice when an order is placed. Because the rates can fluctuate rapidly shipping will be adjusted on the invoice if necessary along with duties, tariffs, and fees. The purchaser is responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees that are accessed at any point during the shipping process.
Important things to note:
- Please inspect your the order upon delivery. We take every step to ensure your cabinets arrive looking just as stunning as they did when they left. If you notice damaging to the packing when delivery is attempted please contact us right away. Also, if you notice and damage, defects, or missing items in your order contact us promptly so we can swiftly resolve any issues.
- Overstock items are sold as is and are non returnable. We do our best to show any visual defects in the product listing.
- Business-to-business are not eligible for free shipping. Contact us directly for a shipping quote on any orders
