Every unit is made to order. You’ll see final drawings before anything goes into production.

We will work with you to come up with a drawer stack that maximizes the space while fitting the tools you use.

Build & Ship
The drawer pack gets fabricated and powdercoated in our Minnesota facility. It gets crated and shipped fully assembled.

How to measure
Measure once. Clear every obstacle.
Final dimensions must clear all hazards in the compartment. Watch the video, then check for anything that could interfere with the drawer unit:
- Door clearance
- Door latches
- Hinges
- Gas springs / shocks
- Weatherstripping
- Gaskets
- Bottom Gap
- From the bottom of the compartment to the top of the front lip. Included in overall height.
- Riser
- An added spacer under the cabinet. Adds to the overall height.
- Rear Notch
- Optional cut-outs to fit around the step in the back of your compartment

How much weight can each drawer hold?
Each drawer is rated to reliably hold up to 250 lbs.
Will it fit my service body?
Whether you have a popular brand service body or a homemade one, we can make a drawer pack to fit your compartments. Send us your dimensions and photos and we’ll put together some options that work for you.
What is the difference between a riser and bottom gap?
A bottom gap is simply a space built in to the bottom of the drawer unit to ensure the bottom drawer clears the door opening.
A riser is a separate piece that bolts into the bottom of the compartment to create a plane level with the bottom of the door opening. This allows you to build a drawer unit that will fill the door opening rather than fitting through the opening and dropping down to the floor of the compartment.
What if my compartment has obstructions?
We can accommodate most obstructions by adjusting the width, height, or depth of your drawer pack. If your compartment has a step in the back we can notch around that. Call us for assistance in measuring your compartment.
Which top option is best?
We have four top options to choose from.
- Adjustable tops are the default option. Once you have the drawer pack installed you can expand the top to the left and right giving you a shelf that fills the compartment width. There is a 1″ lip around the entire top to help contain items stored on top.
- Standard tops do not expand but still have a 1″ lip around the edge for containment.
- Flat tops are great when drawer space is the most critical. These tops are made with .125″ aluminum, finishing of the top of your drawer pack and keeping items from jumping out of the top drawer.
- No top is also an option if you are fitting this into a finished space like a pit cart or cabinet opening.
Can I choose my own drawer heights?
Yes. Drawer heights can range from 3″ to 18″, in any order. We will work with you to come up with a drawer stack that matches your needs while maximizing the space available.
Do you offer drawer dividers?
We offer several different options for drawer dividers.
- Front to Back dividers will divide your drawer into columns and are adjustable side to side. These work great for separating screw drivers, wrenches, and other hand tools.
- Side to Side dividers will divide your drawer into rows and are adjustable front to back. They work great for separating hand tools that are longer then your drawer is deep.
- Hardware Grid dividers have stationary front to back dividers with slats to break the columns up into smaller cells. They work great for separating fasteners, fittings, and other small components.
What color options do you have available?
We offer ten standard powder coat options including the popular colors like: red, black, blue, and grey. You can also choose the option of black anodized handles to make it stand out. If color is not important and you are looking to save money, raw aluminum is also an option.

Do you ship?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. They are wrapped and crated to ensure safe delivery to your location.
