Return & Exchange Policy
At Aluminum Cabinet Company, every cabinet is built with care and inspected prior to shipment. Because our products are made to order, we maintain a limited return policy as outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product

The product must be unused and in its original condition

Photos and/or documentation of the damage or defect may be required
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items reported outside the 14-day window

Products returned without a prior RMA

Products that have been installed, modified, or used

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear

Custom or made-to-order products not affected by damage or defects
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
If approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide return or replacement instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping
If a return or exchange is approved due to damage or defect, Aluminum Cabinet Company will provide instructions for return shipping or replacement.
