That was the case for Chris Guzman, owner of Guzman So-Cal Service, a mobile forklift repair company in Southern California. When it came time to build out and organize his new Mercedes Sprinter van, he wanted it to stand out. Guzman started Guzman So-Cal Service a few years ago and steadily grew his mobile company. He started with a Chevy Express but when it came to add another rig to his fleet, he invested in a Mercedes Sprinter van. His first van was nice but on his second one, he wanted to up the ante.
“I wanted to get away from standard shelves,” says Guzman. “Everyone here uses steel shelves. I wanted to be unique and stand out.
After researching online, he started the process with a competitor but moved on to Aluminum Cabinet after talking to General Manager, Lee Trueblood.
“I was in the process of going with a competitor, but they didn’t really answer my questions,” explains Guzman. “Lee was so knowledgeable and knew what I wanted. I wasn’t able to open a drawer in person but he walked me through how every piece worked and was built.”
From start to finish, the project went smoothly. The ACC team estimated it would take 4-8 weeks to finish and the van drove out of the shop after 5.

“I was skeptical at first,” states Guzman. “It’s a big purchase. But after seeing the final product and using it, I can say it was totally worth it. I get stopped all the time while working by people curious about my aluminum cabinets.”
If Guzman wasn’t already busy with his own business, he’d jump on being a salesman for Aluminum Cabinets. He is ready to recommend them to anybody, even without saying a word.
“Yes, I would definitely recommend them – and already have,” laughs Guzman. “I don’t even have to say anything. I just open my doors and people are wowed. They ask questions like, ‘Where did you get those?’ and want to get in the van and open them up.”
